Decryption of Encrypted MS word file

Hi All
In one of our office computer one folder showing in green letters instead of
black (might be encrypted entire folder), due to some issue in that PC mother
board has been replaced, after changing of mother board i am unable to open,
copy and delete the files inside the folder;

can some one help me ?????

how to open/copy these msword files
