Defalut fonts for Outlook 2003

I recently had my hard drive re-intalled because it crashed. When I went into
my Outlook, all the fonts and text were very tiny and I tried just about
everything....."tools" - options - mail format - fonts to 10 Arial. Then I
right clicked on my desktop - properties - appearance / settings and changed
font size large and still nothing.

Can you tell how I can reset my Outlook to "default fonts" (if there is such
a thing)
