Default bullets and outline sequence

How do I change the default ordering the program uses for bulleting and for
outlining? Ex: I want a certain level to be (1) rather than (one) without
having to go in and manually change it each time I reach that level.

having to go in and manually change it each time I reach that level.

Use Ctrl+F1 to open the task pane.

On the task pane dropdown look for the Numbering option. That should
open the Numbering task pane.
