Default Calendar entry for double click

Depends on your view and where you click in the calendar. In Day or Week
view you can double click on your scheduled time to create an appointment.
Converting it to a Meeting goes automatically when you add invites.

Hi Roady

thanks for the quick response. Seems weird they've set it that when
you're viewing a whole month it automatically assumes you want an all
day event and the opposite for day or week view.

Anyway, that's the way it is, so that's the way it works.

Thanks again!

Steve

That is because you can't double click on a time in the Month view ;-)

You can also select a day in the Month view and press CTRL+N. It will then
create an appointment at the start time you've set your Calendar Options to.
