Default Calendar in Change Working Time

How do I change the default Calendar that shows up in the Change Working
Time dialog box for a new project in Project Pro?

Is there a way to do this without using a template?

Daws --

By default, the Standard calendar is set as the Project Calendar and
Nonworking Time Calendar in each new blank project in Project Server.
Therefore, if you wish for any other calendar to be set automatically, you
should use an enterprise project template for this purpose. Hope this
helps.
