Default Calendar Shows Another person

I'm working with someone who's default calendar is our boss' instead of his
own. His mail is pointing to the Exchange Server and not to Personal
folders. You can open his calendar by clicking on the calendar icon under
Mailbox - User's name, but it's not showing up under My Calendars and our
boss's is.
