Default calendar working hours are wrong

Hello

I installed Project Server 2003 in spanish in a Windows 2003 server in
english. The server regional configuration is set to Costa Rica and Spanish.

Everything is working fine, but when I open the Enterprise Global Template,
the default working hours are from 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 7 pm. I will like
the default working hous to be from 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm.

So far the only way I have found to change the default working time is to
set every working day to a non-default working time of 8 am - 12 pm and 1 pm
- 5 pm.

Project's documentation says that the default working time for the US is 8
am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm, I changed the server regional configuration to
US, but it didn't change the calendar.

Any ideas of what is wrong?
