Default Daily View Shows 5/20 at top

On the default (No changes made) view of a day, the day at the top shows
only 5/20. I think it used to show "Tuesday, May 21, 2008"

How do I get that back?

The WIndows Long Date setting controls that, I believe. Look in the
Regional and Language setting in Control Panel.
