Hi,
Is there anyone who knows where Excel takes it's default date format
from in the registry?
I thought it was taken from the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\International\sShortDate
But it's not, somehow it looks the date up by using the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Locale
and uses the standard date from this Locale setting...
The reason I need this is I want to set the default Date format in the
registry (group policy) without changing the users Locale setting.
Thx
