I have a strange issue with some messages being setup for Delayed Delivery,
even though the option wasn't specifically set by the user. On some messages,
when the user is forwarding or replying to a message it gets stuck in the
outbox, and apparently has a delay delivery on it.
This is only on some messages mind you. It seems when you open any email in
Outlook 2007 and look at delayed delivery it checks the option automatically
so it's hard to verify why some are delayed and some aren't. I've checked to
see if he has any message rules relating to delayed delivery and there are
none.
We have Outlook 2007 running on Exchange 2003 in cached exchange mode. Most
users have an exchange account and a pop3 account.
Any idea's on why some messages are being delayed and others aren't?
Thanks
