Default description includes email address

Hi

I've got a customer who wants to reply to messages without showing the
full email address. Outlook now defaults to showing the Display Name
followed by the email address.

Can this be changed to only show Display Name?

No, but you can reset the Display Name to show only the name is some
versions.
You forgot to post your version and mail support mode, so we can't help
further.
