Default dimensions for shapes in Visio 2003

Hello,

is there any way to change the size the shapes are when you first create
them ?
I always use the same dimensions for some spefic shapes (Process, decisions
and data in FlorChart). I would like to find a way to have these shapes
created at with those dimensions by default instead of having to change them
from the 'size&position' window.
