Default directory

I access my main Vista PC from my laptop Vista PC. On my laptop how can I
set default directory to:

MainPC\D\Data\Excel ?

....And this would best be answered in a newsgroup dealing with Excel for
Macintosh in what way?

You might try one of the PC Excel groups, although they'll wan to know what
version of Excel you're using.
