default e-mail folders

I have Incredimail on my computer. When I installed Outlook it said "cannot
open default e-mail folders". I am guessing this is caused by incredimail,
but I have no clue how to resolve the problem. Can you please advise me on
how to fix Outlook.

Hey,

Thanks a lot. This is exactly the problem I have, but I don't understand the
directions to solve it. Do you know a website that has easier steps. I have
to addmit I am very bad with computers.
