Default E-Mail Program

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools|Internet Options OR
Select Start|Set Program Access and Defaults

This is a system setting and not configurable within Access

In Access 2002, when I click File>Send to: the default mail program that
opens in Microsoft Outlook. I would like for the default mail program to be
Outlook Express. How can I accomplish that?
