Default email address

I'm sure this has been asked before but ...

Given that a user may be using either Exchange or POP3 / PST files

How can I get the default email address?
(needs to work with Outlook 2000 thru 2003)

IMAPISession.::QueryIdentity(). Does not work in Outlook 2000 IMO or Outlook
2002 without Exchange. Works in Outlook 2003 post beta 2 refresh.
