I would like to see the default for fitlers changed to none checked when you
click on the filter drop down. 95% of the time when I am looking to filter
data, it is to rifle-shot a problem. I really only need to look at several
rows. I have this habit of scrollling through a somewhat sizeable list only
to realize that I have to go back to the top and clear the check boxes.
The other option is to allow the user to toggle the check boxes on or off as
an attribute of the either the user or Workbook.
