Default font for

[GeoInOz]

Can I change the default font size for the Title Area in the Page Headers -
the only font selection I can find to make is the note page font itself.

It seems to me that by default, the font for the title area is the same as
the text area, but bigger. I am pretty sure you can change this by setting
up a piece of stationery with the title area having a different font than
the text. (Never tried it, though.)
