"Default font" in Project 2000

I am using a template for a project schedule created by someone else.
The font used was Comic Sans, which I want to change to something
else. When I use this template and select the whole thing and change
the font, the next task I entered is in Comic Sans again. How do I get
it to "default" to something else?
