My company wants everyone to use a certain font (Avenir) for all business
correspondences. We mostly use Office 2007 with a couple computers using XP.

1. Is there a way to change the default Office font? I don't want to have
to go into each application on every computer to make the change. Is there
one place to do that change?

I know I can change the system default font, but that doesn't apply to Office.

2. Do we have to do anything with printers and faxes?
