Default font

I am using One Note 2010 on a Win 7 machine.

I started a new notebook and changed the default font from Tahoma 12 to
TNR 12. After doing two chapters I changed my mind and decided to go
back to Tahoma. So I went to File>Options and set the default font back
to Tahoma 12 and changed the two finished chapters to Tahoma 12 by hand.
The problem is that when I started chapter 3 everything came out TNR
12. Can anyone please tell me how to make Tahoma 12 stick? Thanks in
