Default fonts for Word graphs

Our office consistently uses Arial in the title, legend, and axes of Word
graphs but this new version of Word switched the default font to Calibri. We
are changing all the fonts in all our graphs on a piecemeal basis. How can
we change the default font? Changing the default chart type doesn't affect
the default font, unfortunately.
