Default Global Permissions (Features)

The Features administration page can be found at Admin > Server
configuration. It is the grid control in the middle of the page.

I noticed that my 'Account Creation' category was denied for some reason.
According to the Chefetz text, this is not the default state. Is there
anybody out there that can confirm this by checking your EPM system? Any
comments regarding the denial of this category is appreciated.

I would also be interested to know why these two features are set to Deny by
default:
1) Timesheet Approval
2) Approve Timesheets for Resource features

I've begun to think that there are some variances in the default state of
account creation, although I can't substantiate this. The two other
permissions are set to deny because they should only be activated when using
managed time periods, which are not turned on by default.
