Default in Safe Mode

My Outlook recently "crashed" and when I rebooted the computer, it now says I
can't open Outlook, and do I want to restart in Safe Mode. When I say yes,
it still does not open. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, with the same
results. I have also performed disk defrag and disk cleanup, as well as
emptying the cashe. Any suggestions as to what to do next? Your help is
greatly appreciated.

Do a detect and repair from the Help menu.

You can also check the application event viewer for any Outlook errors (if
there are any post the Event ID and source).

Recreate profile: http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

How to backup and restore:

Using Outlook switches (such as using safe mode):

Close Outlook and rename the outcmd.dat file (it's hidden so ensure you
unhide it first).

Those are good to start with, in no particular order. Just off the top of my
head. Make sure you test Outlook between each step to see if it worked.
