Default is set to Outlook, but e-mail goes to Hotmail - help?

My e-mail default is set for Outlook 2007, but all e-mail goes to Hotmail,
how do I get it to go to Outlook?

What do you mean by "goes to Hotmail"? Hotmail is a web-based mail service.
Out of the clients that can access that service is Outlook. Install the
Outlook Connector and you'll be able to access Hotmail with Outlook.
