Default mail account keeps resetting to MS Exchange Server versus.

Have both Exchange Server mail account and POP3 account in one Outlook 2003
profile. I need the POP3 to be the default, but on reboot or Outlook
shutdown/startup, the Exchange account is reset to be the default. Need help
in making it stick.
