default mail handler

Some wat outlook express has become my default mail handler, how can I
change it to ms outlook.I've looked at all the options but can find nothing
that works. Thanks MV

Open Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Programs and change it back.
If it's not available in the dropdown menu, OL is not set up correctly.
