Default Name using File Save As

All,
Not sure how to accomplish this the following:

When a users goes to File and Save As (.xml), I would like to set the
default file name to two fields within the form. What are the steps and/or
code to do this? I am using InfoPath 2003.

Disable Save and Save As functionality in Form Options.

Create one or more data connections which saves the form to a local,
network, or Sharepoint location.
Part of the wizard asks for the file name. Use the function button to create
a concatenation of your form fields so that each has a standard, unique name.
