Default object of "Find a Contact"

I use Outlook 2003 to connect to an Exchange server. I
also keep personal contact information in the Contacts
folder. Some of the contacts in my Contacts folder
represent personal contact information for my coworkers
(i.e. people who also have a listing in the Global
Address List).

When I use the "Find a Contact" control Outlook always
opens the contact in the Contacts folder rather than the
information in the GAL if both contacts have the same
name.

How do I configure Outlook to open the entry in the GAL
rather than the contact in the Contacts folder in these
instances. (I already have my address book configured to
Show the Global Address list first and to use the GAL
first top check names when sending mail).
