Default OneNote notebook settings

I have been trying to figure out how to change my default settings for all of
my current & future notebooks (their sections & pages too). I have looked
everywhere, does anyone know how to do this? I want to make default settings
for background color, margins, etc... Thanks in advance.

Search OneNote help for "Create a new page template".
A template can be made the default for a section.
You could also create a Notebook template with a customised default so that
every page in that notebook will inherit those settings.
