Oops! Yes, the Microsoft staff is correct indeed. Please forgive my memory
slip. My reference to the Start column is what a team member should
immediately do on the My Tasks page. The alphabetical order of task names
is no help to team members whatsoever. By sorting on the Start field, team
members can see their tasks in chronological order. The flakiness is with
this column when the team member views the Assignment Details page. By the
way, to sort on the Start column, the team members should click the Start
column header. An little blue upward-pointing arrow will appear, indicating
an Ascending sort on this column. Again, please forgive my memory slip.
