default outlook calendar

We use a communal office calendar in outlook (in a shared public folder on
the network) rather than individual ones. Whenever you open outlook for the
first time it shows the individuals calendar and not the shared one, you have
to go and select it from the folder list...irritating particularly as this
wasn't a problem on previous versions of outlook. Anyone know how to select
the default calendar folder?
