How can I reset a mailbox in Outlook back to its original default setting? One of my users has accidently moved her contacts folder into the deleted folder (even though this technically isn't possible, it happened. How can I reset her Outlook defaults without deleting her mailbox off of my exchange server? Is there a file that can be deleted and will automatically recreate if missing?

It is technically possible to delete Outlooks system folders in OWA if you are using Exchange 2000. One way of resetting her
Calender folder is to log in to OWA and move the folder back and another way is to start Outlook with the switch /resetfolders. That
swich will recreate missing folders (eg create a new Caldender Folder).
