Default photo editor

How can I set either Microsoft Office Picture Manager or Microsoft Photo
Editor as my default to open photos with?

Select a picture from your file and right click on it. In the menu that
appears click on OPEN WITH and at the bottom you will see another menu where
you put a tick against the programme you want to open your pictures.
Important, put a tick in the little box at the bottom to save the programme
you have selected.
