Default reminder for all-day appointments

One of my colleagues is having trouble with reminders. While her default
reminder is set at 15 minutes (Using Tools--> Options), when she double
clicks on a day, opening an empty all-day appointment, the default reminder
is 18 hours. Can she change it?

I know it's weird to have a reminder for an all-day appointment, but that's
how she likes it.

the default for all day appointments is 18 hours and can not be changed. if
she uses the New appointment button it will be set for 15 min.
