Default Reminder time for all day events

My default reminder time is set to 15 minutes, and it
works fine, EXCEPT if I select an all day event. In that
case, it defaults to 18 hours.

Is there a way to change this?

Outlook 2002, SP2
Desktop Windows NTSP6A

I believe that's the default behavior for Outlook 2002, and I don't
think there's a way to change it. (I'm with you, though...it annoys me
too.)
