Default Reminder

Has anyone seen this?

I have a user that when he creates or receives a calendar
entry, it defaults the reminder to 18 hours.

However; I have checked his settings and the default
reminder is set to 15 minutes.

This is very strange.

Yes, that is the system default, no? If you start to
create an appointment and the ALL DAY option is checked
then the reminder time is 18 hours. Test it...
