default return addresses

Hi Bill,

In an email message the return address field is always plain text.

There is something you can do, however. Use Entourage's Tools>Signatures
menu to create a signature. You can drag a picture into the signature
window. You'll probably have to use HTML message formatting for the
picture to be seen by recipients.

Or maybe Bill means in Word/Envelopes? I don't think that's possible. It
allows only Font choices for text addresses. If you have pre-printed
envelopes it does allow you to adjust the position of text as well, so maybe
that's the route to take.

Bill, it would be helpful if you'd explain what you mean. If you did mean
email then, yes, use signatures in HTML. (It _has_ to be HTML to insert
graphics.) Check out my free "Message Template X" for an easy way to
pre-set messages complete with the signature.
