Or maybe Bill means in Word/Envelopes? I don't think that's possible. It
allows only Font choices for text addresses. If you have pre-printed
envelopes it does allow you to adjust the position of text as well, so maybe
that's the route to take.
Bill, it would be helpful if you'd explain what you mean. If you did mean
email then, yes, use signatures in HTML. (It _has_ to be HTML to insert
graphics.) Check out my free "Message Template X" for an easy way to
pre-set messages complete with the signature.
