Default Setting for a New Form

How do I access the property settings for a form so that
I can set a default font, point size, font attributes,
text or box height for an entire form?

To my knowledge, this is not available at the form level,
but can be done through multiple selection, either by
choosing a group of controls using <Shft>-mousewave,
picking and choosing individual controls using <Ctrl>-
Click, or all the controls at once (<Ctrl>-A).
