Default spell check dictionary

It's coloUr not color :)

I have set the International Dictionary under TOOLS>OPTIONS>SPELLING to
English UK but whenever I check the spelling of a document, it selects
English US. I then have to select English UK everytime.

Anyone have any ideas why this happens?
