Default (Startup) References

Is there any way to change (e.g. add to) the startup (default) references
for Access 2002?

I've written modules in a previous Access version and converted them to
Access 2002.

I typically import the modules (forms) into newly created Access 2002
databases but have to keep manually adding the required reference.

Is there anyway to have Access include additional references when it starts
up and creates a new database?

Nope.

What you can do is create an empty database with the references you want,
and copy that, rather than creating a new database.
