default stationary

I use OneNote on my desktop and the tablet pc.

When I add a page on the tablet the page has ruled lines.
On the desktop the page is a grid.

Both machines have no default stationary set for the section. Can someone
tell me why the default is different?
I would like for them to have the same look.
