Default Text Box Add-in - how/where to download

Hi. I'm new to this forum & need some info. I had read about the Default Text
Box Add-in for my Publisher 2002, & tried to download it (off of
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011196811033.aspx#toolbar ),
but keep coming up with an error page. Is there any way for me to download
this?
