Default text next to windows min, max, close button?

Hallo,

Is it possible to put a default text in the top right on the line of the the
windows min, max, close buttons? So on the line where the name of the app en
the form is shown on the left. Something like @ 2004 name.

Shortly: no. Unless someone knows some API wizardry.
