Default Timesheet View

Is there a way to create a default timesheet view for a group of users? For
example, if I have a group of programmers and they need to enter their time
against specific tasks is there a way for me to create a default timesheet
that show these specific tasks and the administrative entries in the
timesheet every time one of these users opens a timesheet to enter time?

Thanks!

I am assuming you are referring to "My Timesheets" in MSPS 2007. If so,
then the tasks that they are scheduled to work on for the specific time
period based on their published project>task>assignments, will be specific
to them the way you specify below.

To accomplish this, you need to make sure as an administrator, that the
default timesheet creation is set to the "Current task assignments" in PWA
under "Server Settings>Timesheet Settings and Defaults>Default Timesheet
Creation Mode"

As for administrative entries, this cannot be custom per group, it is an
enterprise level setting and is controlled in PWA under "Server
Settings>Timesheet Settings and Defaults>Administrative Time" by turning
"Always Display" on or off.
