Default view 35% on all mail can't change it to 100%!!!!

I have a user that has somehow changed the default view of her sent, received
and replied to mail. The font size is automatically 35% making it virtually
impossible to read. It is a major pain for this user to have to go up to the
toolbar and click the selection to change it to 100%. Please help me with a
longterm solution. I would like the view to default to 100%.
