Default Web Page for ProjectServer

I recently had to reload a single server installation of Project Server after
updating several Service Packs. It's been a while and I thought my notes
were pretty clear on this, but I can't seem to get to the
/serverIPaddress/ProjectServer/ web pages from anywhere except the host
system. Everything works terrific from the server, but all I get is "Cannot
find Server" from any other system on the subnet.

I know I'm missing a simple IIS or WSS installation error, but not being a
full-time server sysadmin I'm stucking going over the 2732A Course
instructions. Any clues would be helpful.

Ok...in my zeal to activate all sorts of secuirty I ran the Baseline Security
Analyzer which prompted me to set up a firewall that blocked all traffice
expect Remote Desktop...lol. Anyway all's well.
