default when inserting picture from a file

HELP.
Whenever I insert a picture from a file into PowerPoint,
my window always comes up in the default "thumbnail"
format. I want it to come up in the "Details" format
always. I want "details" format to be my default. What do
I do???. This is bugging our entire office.
