Default word wrapping for images

When importing clip art (or image file) into Word, is there any way to make
is so that the default word wrapping is 'in front of text' ?

I teach in a school and to change the word wrap everytime is too complicated
for younger children.

If you have Word 2002 (I think) or 2003, this setting is on the Edit tab of
Tools | Options. In Word 2007, find it at Office Button | Word Options |
Advanced: Cut, copy, and paste.
