Defaulting Outlook 2003 back to original?

I got a new laptop at work and don't want to reinstall everything and have the headache of re-activating everything on the old laptop, but don't want any of my old Outlook settings or anything on there, how do I just RESET it back to default everything and it gets rid of all my *pst files and archive folders (which are empty).
I tried just deleting my *pst files, and now it keeps looking for them.

Please help, respond to my email address listed
